Coordination with Your Physician
We believe that developing a strong relationship with the referring physician is imperative, and that a team approach is the best way to manage a patient's rehabilitation. Therefore, Performance Therapeutics provides an initial plan of care, and progress reports to the referring physician to communicate the patient's progress throughout the treatment process. We participate with most major health insurance companies and will assist you in receiving the maximum coverage allowable.
